Nick Sargent Photography is a third-generation architectural photography studio based in Southeast Florida, with a legacy spanning more than 50 years. Formerly known as Sargent Photography, the studio continues its long tradition of creating refined, timeless imagery for architecture, interiors, commercial spaces, and lifestyle brands.

Known for clean composition, thoughtful lighting, and a polished visual signature, the studio partners with architects, designers, developers, and publications across the country and worldwide. Nick Sargent

Nickolas (“Nick”) Sargent is a graduate of the Brooks Institute of Photography, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Photography, and the third generation to lead the family studio. Over nearly two decades, Nick has photographed high-profile architectural, commercial, and luxury residential projects across the country and worldwide.

His work has been published in Traditional Home, Galerie, Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Veranda, House Beautiful, Luxe, Florida Design, Palm Beach Illustrated, and numerous national and international outlets, as well as featured in national and international design books and brand campaigns.

Nick approaches every assignment—whether destined for publication or a private portfolio—with the same level of precision, artistry, and discretion. Private residences are treated as private, and the privacy and investment of clients and homeowners are upheld at every stage of the process. Since 2015, Nick has served as lead photographer for the prestigious Kips Bay Designer Show House in New York, Palm Beach, and Dallas, entrusted with capturing the work of top interior designers from around the world.

Outside of his work behind the camera, Nick is committed to family and community. He enjoys time outdoors with his wife and their three children—fishing, surfing, golfing, camping, and supporting initiatives that strengthen the Palm Beach community.
